When you submit our Get Started questionnaire, our contact form, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and details, service information, photos or files you upload or email to us, and any other information you choose to share to help us build your website. You do not need to give us any information to browse the Site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to communicate with you, prepare and deliver your website preview, provide ongoing hosting and maintenance if you become a client, and, with your permission, feature your finished site and testimonial in our portfolio. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing

Payments for our services are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, see, or store your card number or other payment card information. All payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

This Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal information. The Get Started questionnaire saves your answers in your own browser as you type, so you don’t lose them; that copy stays on your device and is cleared once the form is sent.

Third-party services

We use the following providers to run this Site and our business: Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing, spam protection and file storage), Zoho Mail (email), and Stripe (payments). Each provider has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing marc@launchlocalnow.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
